Starting from the Fall semester of 2023 and continuing in the future, GU-AAUP meetings will take place once every month on a Monday from 3:00 pm to 3:50 pm. However, the meetings will only be scheduled on Mondays that do not overlap with UF Senate meetings.
This new, perpetual AAUP meeting schedule should make it easier for people to plan their teaching schedules around attending both AAUP and UF Senate meetings.
Links to meeting agendas and minutes will be posted to the Gallaudet AAUP Facebook group and MyGU and also posted during meetings.
At the first meeting of the semester, our discussion will focus on setting goals for the semester.
All faculty are welcome to attend! I hope many of you will consider attending. We have much to discuss and do.
