IRS Form 990s for Gallaudet University

Our AAUP chapter has collected all available IRS Form 990s for Gallaudet University in one place for easy access:

IRS Form 990s (Google Drive folder)

What Form 990 is:
Every nonprofit in the U.S. is legally required to file a public tax return with the IRS called Form 990. These documents are not private and not confidential. They exist so the public can see how tax-exempt institutions use their resources.

Why we’re sharing them:
These forms are already posted on the IRS website and aggregated by open sites like ProPublica, Guidestar/Candid, and Open990. We’re simply aggregating them so our campus community doesn’t have to search through multiple databases to find them.

As taxpayers and employees, you are double stakeholders. You have every right to examine how this institution uses its resources. Please take a moment to review the filings.

Why you should read them:
Among other disclosures, each Form 990 lists the university’s highest-paid employees. This section makes clear how Gallaudet allocates its resources and how leadership compensation compares to faculty and staff wages. It is one of the few transparent, government-verified windows into the university’s priorities.
